Main Objective
The aim of this course is to strengthen the student’s ability to instantly understand and with precision oral English, whatever the speaker register or accent. The student should also develop the ability to speak fluently with few mistakes about a variety of topics and demonstrate sound mastering of idiomatic structures, thematic vocabulary from a broad area of fields.
Specific Objectives
- Increase knowledge of vocabulary and idiomatic structures
- Allow the student to understand and identify the speaker’s register and to have a good control of his own register.
- Give to the student the ability to make formal presentations about specific topics and spontaneous interventions with fluency, precision and confidence as well.
